What To Wear
In our specifications, uniform is required for each grade. Trial students may wear any form-fitting apparel that allow for ease of movement such as a leotard and tights or a tank top or t-shirt with exercise pants or leggings, and barefoot. All ballet students MUST wear a leotard with tights and have appropriate ballet shoes by the second month of class. Hair must be in a bun. Students may wear a skirt or dance pants over the leotard.

  • All uniform should be clean and well-fitting
  • Jewellery should not be worn unless required for religious or cultural reasons
  • Where used, makeup should be kept light and to a minimum
  • Hair should be neat and tidy, styled off the face and neck so that the line of the head and neck is not obscured
